Great stories for 3 year olds
Second copy for Grandchild who moved away. Great stories and illustrations.
Blah! No fun
Read it once to my 2.5 yr old and probably won’t read it again. It was exhausting just reading it. Feel sorry for the mom in it! Didn’t take away any positive message from the book - or maybe I was just too fristrated by the end of it to pick up on the message.
My babies and preschoolers love these books and lessons are learned with laughter.
Over the years I have bought many of the Critter books. They are completely relatable to the little ones and we have great talks about what the characters are doing, how they feel and what they think they would do. The illustrations are wonderful and they like looking for and finding the the spider and grasshopper.
